Tim was the other half of Pauline and Tim who were the most hard working members of the Kent Committee for a number of years as Treasurer and Secretary. Over the years he was personally responsible for finding our new county tournament grounds including the one we currently use. They were always there to help run the counties tournaments and also helped Trish and I to set up and run our participation at the Kent County Show where Pauline won the Chesson/Mouland trophy more than once. Most of you will know that Tim coached Pauline to International level but it was not common knowledge that when Trish was having trouble trying to tune her new Hoyt bow. We spent one evening with Tim and he had the bow tuned perfectly. Most of you will know from there she went on to be World Champion twice and gained 16 international medals.
